📌 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to oversee our Venue Technology project management, operations, and maintenance processes. This role is pivotal in providing analytical insights and facilitating clear communication among internal teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will monitor and enhance project delivery, optimize resource utilization, and minimize system interruptions to increase service availability. You will be responsible for generating insightful reports on project progress, risks, and budgets. A key function will be to manage stakeholder communications, interface with third-party vendors, and ensure adherence to SLAs. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage risks, coordinate event technology requirements, and drive the continuous improvement of our venue technology systems and services.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ 10+ years of work experience in the Information Technology sector.

▸ Mandatory bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

▸ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

▸ Extensive experience in IT Venue Technology Operations Management for building management or AV/ELV solutions.

▸ Demonstrated experience in project monitoring, risk analysis, and reporting using dashboards and project data.

▸ Proven ability to forecast resource requirements, optimize utilization, and manage schedules.

▸ Experience in monitoring project progress and payment terms to align with planned cashflow and budget.

▸ Strong background in managing third-party vendors and monitoring performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification.

▸ Advanced analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and trends.

▸ Experience in coordinating the technological requirements for large-scale events.

▸ Excellent presentation skills for communicating project status and risks to senior management.

▸ Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance processes for venue technology systems.
