Job Title: PMO Analyst (Bilingual - Arabic Speaker)

Location: Doha, Qatar
Experience: 4+ Years

Role Overview:

Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in coordinating projects for business-as-usual operations and major sporting events. Responsible for project tracking, reporting, documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of PMO processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Support:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining Technology Delivery process workflows, diagrams, templates, and repositories.

  • Validate stakeholder outputs to ensure compliance with PMO and Technology Delivery standards.

  • Attend meetings, record clear and concise minutes, and track follow-ups.

  • Monitor and track open actions, risks, and dependencies until closure.

  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and periodic status updates.

  • Maintain project-related documentation and repository systems.

  • Support the PMO function in maintaining accurate and updated project data.

Executive Administration Support:

  • Provide administrative support, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking.

  • Prepare and distribute project communications, reports, and updates.

  • Record, track, and follow up on actions, risks, and dependencies with responsible owners.

  • Maintain proper version control for all project documents.

  • Develop and distribute tournament-time reports summarizing event readiness across functional areas.

  • File official communications, memos, and reports as required.

  • Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry, including 2+ years in a PMO, project coordination, or similar role.

  • Bilingual (Arabic & English)mandatory.

  • Consulting background preferred, with exposure to multiple client environments.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Diploma holders with 4+ years of similar experience will also be considered.

Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Proven experience in data analysis and report preparation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
