PMO Analyst / Specialist (Consultant & Senior Consultant)

Doha, Qatar

Role Overview:

We are seeking senior PMO professionals at the Consultant and Senior Consultant levels to provide strategic project management leadership, portfolio governance, and enterprise advisory . These roles ensure successful delivery of complex projects, alignment with business strategy, and optimization of project management practices across the organization .



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

For Both Levels:

  • Provide strategic guidance on enterprise project portfolio management and PMO governance.

  • Oversee large-scale or multi-program projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Advise executive leadership on project risks, resource allocation, and portfolio prioritization.

  • Promote adoption of advanced project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Represent the PMO in executive leadership forums and external engagements.

Additional for Senior Consultant:

  • Define and implement long-term PMO strategy and roadmap for the organization.

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for project management practices.

  • Mentor and develop expert PMO teams across the organization.

  • Influence organizational decision-making on project investments, governance, and risk.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery and portfolio management.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Consultant: 17–19 years of experience in PMO leadership, strategic project management, or portfolio governance.

  • Senior Consultant: 20+ years of experience in executive-level PMO strategy, governance, and enterprise project leadership.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Expert knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) and portfolio governance.

  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide projects and multi-program portfolios.

  • Strong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strategic thinking, decision-making, and ability to drive PMO transformation initiatives.

  • Ability to influence enterprise-level project management practices and organizational strategy.

Preferred Certifications:
  • PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or equivalent advanced project management certifications.
