PMO Lead

Cinnova Technologies is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to establish, manage, and optimize the Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO Lead will be responsible for driving project governance, standardizing project management practices, ensuring on-time delivery, and aligning projects with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMO function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategy
• Define, implement, and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Oversee project planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and reporting across portfolios
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project managers and team members
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reports
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, leadership, and project teams
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, and propose mitigation strategies
• Support senior management in prioritization, capacity planning, and decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years in a PMO or leadership role
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications
• Experience working with international clients or cross-border teams
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
