Work Experience- الخبرة العملية:

7 -10 years of relevant experience in project management, planning, or related field.

Education & Training- التعليم والتدريب:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate is required.

Abilities & Skills- القدرات والمهارات

· Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

· Excellent in monitoring and evaluating projects, programs, and portfolios.

· Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6,

· Microsoft Project, or Power BI.

· Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Excellent analytical, and problem- solving skills

· Excellent risk management skills

Language- اللغة

· Excellent in English.

· Arabic - (Preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities

· Lead the development and implementation of PMO processes, tools, templates, and best practices.

· Oversee the project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and priorities.

· Ensure that project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

· Manage the PMO activities, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

· Allocate resources and manage capacity across multiple projects and programs.

· Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

· Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.

· Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

· Manage the project portfolio, ensuring that projects are prioritized, tracked, and reported on in accordance with organizational standards.

· Provide guidance and oversight to project managers and PMO team throughout the project lifecycle.

· Review project status and performance on regular basis, providing updates and recommendations to senior management and finance.

· Review daily KPI reports, identify trends and potential issues.

· Analyze weekly progress and KPI reports, providing insightful observations and recommendations.

· Manage implementation of change management, ensuring that stakeholders are adequately informed for any changes that may impact project execution or outcomes.

· Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to project management and optimize data collection and reporting accuracy.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies related to project management.
