Podcast Host (Female) – Girls Talking About Life, Relationships & Real Conversations

We‘re launching a new podcast and social media platform designed for young women navigating life, relationships, identity, friendships, dating, and personal growth.

The concept is simple and powerful: girls talking honestly with other girls.

The show will explore topics like:

• Dating and relationships

• Female friendships

• Personal struggles and insecurities

• Confidence and self-growth

• Social media pressures

• Secrets girls share with each other but rarely talk about publicly

• Real conversations about life in your 20s

The tone is fun, open, honest, and sometimes a little spicy, while still thoughtful and empowering.

We’re looking for a natural conversationalist who can create an environment where guests feel comfortable opening up.

We’ll provide all training and a general list of questions and topics for you to cover.

The Ideal Candidate

You are:

• Outgoing and naturally talkative

• Curious about people and their stories

• Able to ask thoughtful questions and keep conversations flowing

• Fun and playful but also capable of discussing deeper topics

Responsibilities:

• Host and co-host podcast conversations

• Interview guests (primarily women in their 20s)

• Help shape conversation topics

• Participate in short social media clips and reels

• Bring energy, humor, and authenticity to the show

Sessions will be scheduled in advance and typically last 2-3 hours.

There’s no experience necessary, we’ll provide all the training and guidance, if you love to have conversations.

Pay: $23.81 - $58.62 per hour
