Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures to ensure alignment with national regulations and organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws, governance frameworks, and international best practices.
- Conduct policy research and analysis to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external regulatory bodies during policy development and review.
- Prepare clear, professional policy documentation, briefing notes, and reports for senior management.
- Lead policy audits and evaluations to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Support training and awareness programs to facilitate effective policy implementation.
- Advise executives and managers on policy implications, risk areas, and recommended improvements.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in Qatari legislation, regulatory announcements, and government initiatives.
- Create policy flow charts to visually represent processes and approval hierarchies.
- Maintain meticulous documentation control, formatting, and proofreading standards.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in policy writing, documentation, or corporate governance, preferably in government tenders or high-value procurement environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Strong command of grammar, business writing, and documentation standards.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong documentation, formatting, and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes under supervision.
- No nationality preference.
