The Pool Lifeguard ensures the safety and well-being of all guests and staff in and around the hotel pool and recreational areas. The role involves monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety regulations, responding to emergencies, and providing excellent guest service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities.

• Monitor pool area to ensure guest safety and enforce pool rules.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and administer first aid or CPR when needed.
• Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and surroundings.
• Assist and guide guests on safe use of pool facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of pool deck and surrounding areas.
• Report incidents, accidents, or maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Support special events or pool activities as directed.

Experience

• Previous experience as a lifeguard, preferably in a 5 star hotel, resort.
• Certification in Lifeguard Training, CPR, First Aid, and AED.
• Experience handling emergency situations calmly and effectively.
