Portfolio Manager ( Bayut - PF )

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate portfolio management, specifically with Bayut, and possess in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, commission, visa, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a diverse real estate portfolio on Bayut.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients.
• Optimize property listings for maximum visibility and engagement on Bayut.
• Conduct market analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager, preferably with Bayut in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
