Job Title: Property Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The Property Consultant will play a key role in building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in property transactions including buying, selling, and leasing.
• Generate leads and develop a strong client database through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with current property trends, prices, and competitor activities.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential clients.
• Negotiate offers and finalize deals in line with company guidelines.
• Provide professional advice and guidance to clients regarding market conditions, legal requirements, and financing options.
• Prepare necessary documents, agreements, and contracts for property transactions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and leasing targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and current real estate trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
