Portfolio Manager – Secondary Real Estate Market (Dubai)

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team, specialising in Dubai’s secondary property market. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling resale transactions, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service while consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, list, and promote properties in the secondary market.
• Manage client inquiries, arrange property viewings, and handle negotiations.
• Provide clients with expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with effective follow-up.
• Ensure all deals comply with company policies, RERA regulations, and legal requirements.
• Update CRM systems and property databases accurately and regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (preferably in the UAE secondary market).
• Good knowledge of RERA regulations and property transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
• RERA certification (advantageous).
