POS Sales Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven POS Sales Specialist to actively promote and sell our POS solutions, including card machines, POS software, and e-commerce integrations. This role involves direct interaction with merchants and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsiblities:

  • Promote POS solutions to potential and existing merchants through calls and digital channels
  • Sell and onboard clients for POS card machines, POS software, and e-commerce payment solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners
  • Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to decision-makers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales efforts
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth installation and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales reports
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in POS and payment solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in POS sales, fintech sales, or B2B sales
  • Strong knowledge of POS machines, card payment systems, software, and e-commerce solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
