In fact, in the first 5 months since Técnicas Reunidas İstanbul started, Engineering Activities have been developed from referred office for more than 40 different projects and proposals worldwide from 20 different countries, which stands as remarkable sign of work and workload stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Vendors allocate the necessary resources for the successful execution of the Purchase Order, from signature to delivery of equipment, materials, and documentation at site.
• Monitor the Vendors’ progress to assure compliance with the contractual delivery dates defined in the Purchase Order.
• Proactively inform the Project team of any potential risks impacting delivery schedules and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate Expediting activities with internal departments such as Planning, Inspection, Logistics, and other relevant functions.
• Expedite internal departments when their activities may impact contractual delivery commitments.
• Follow up assigned Purchase Orders from signature to final delivery, ensuring full traceability of materials, fabrication, suborders, testing, release processes, and related Vendor documentation.
• Update and maintain progress tracking, follow-up, and delivery data in the Company’s ERP system.
• Ensure all relevant documentation and records related to assigned Purchase Orders are properly updated in Documentum.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Post Order Specialist to take full ownership of delivery performance within a fast‑paced EPC environment. The role is responsible for ensuring that vendors meet contractual commitments from Purchase Order signature through final delivery, proactively mitigating risks, and coordinating internally to maintain schedule integrity. This position plays a key role in supporting project execution and ensuring the timely availability of equipment, materials, and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related fields preferred) is a plus
• Experience in Expediting, Procurement or Supply Chain within EPC projects
• 4+ years of experience in large-scale project, EPC or megaproject.
• Background in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or Energy projects is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of contractual delivery terms and management
• Knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication, inspection and testing processes
• Proven ability to track vendor performance and manage critical delivery schedules
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, SPMat or similar) and document management tools (e.g., Documentum)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable working under tight deadlines
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
