The Kozminsky Lab develops and applies technology to create in vitro models of physiological microenvironments. Grounded in a high-throughput DNA-directed patterning technique, we are able to recapitulate cellular spatial arrangement at high throughput and high resolution. We are currently developing in vitro models to study prostate cancer metastasis to the bone marrow, with an emphasis on the study of tumor cell dormancy and osteoblastic/osteolytic phenomena.
