Poultry Farm Manager (Broiler Chicks)

A well-established poultry organization is seeking an experienced Poultry Farm Manager (Broiler Chicks) to oversee and manage broiler farm operations across Lahore, Gujranwala, and Sargodha. The role primarily focuses on ensuring optimal growth, health, and performance of broiler chicks through effective farm management practices and technical supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day broiler farm operations to ensure healthy growth and target weight achievement
• Monitor feed consumption, water intake, vaccination schedules, and biosecurity protocols
• Ensure proper farm hygiene, disease prevention, and mortality control measures
• Supervise farm staff and ensure compliance with operational SOPs
• Analyze flock performance data and implement corrective actions where required
• Coordinate with veterinarians and nutritionists to optimize bird performance
• Maintain accurate farm records including growth rates, FCR, mortality, and medication
• Ensure strict implementation of biosecurity and environmental control standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or BSc (Hons) in Poultry Science / Animal Sciences
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in broiler farm management
• Strong knowledge of broiler production, flock management, vaccination programs, and biosecurity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
