Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 05 to 08 years or more of relevant experience in dairy plant operations, preferably within a dairy manufacturing environment.
Skills:

• Strong expertise in dairy plant operations and production planning.
• In-depth understanding of capacity utilization and operational efficiency improvement.
• Hands-on experience in minimizing process and packing losses.
• Proven ability in manpower optimization and multi-skilled resource development.
• Sound knowledge of dairy processing standards, quality control, and plant safety practices.
• Strong leadership, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the dairy plant on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop and implement effective production planning to achieve maximum capacity utilization.
• Monitor and control process and packing losses to ensure operational cost efficiency.
• Optimize manpower utilization and enhance workforce productivity through multi-skilling initiatives.
• Supervise production teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
