About the Role

Dayzee Pvt Ltd is dedicated to revolutionizing the agriculture and livestock industry in Pakistan through modern, sustainable, and high-quality facilities. We are seeking a highly driven DVM with strong field sales experience to lead commercial growth within advanced bovine genetics programs across Pakistan. This is a revenue-focused role combining technical reproductive knowledge with high-value genetics sales. The ideal candidate must be capable of educating progressive dairy and beef farmers on genetic investment returns and herd improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute regional sales strategy for bovine genetics programs

· Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy and beef farmers

· Convert farm visits into confirmed commercial bookings

· Coordinate with technical and ET teams to ensure smooth program execution

· Represent the company at exhibitions, farm seminars, and industry events

· Independently generate leads and expand farm network

Technical Requirements

DVM (Mandatory)

Strong understanding of:

· Estrus synchronization protocols

· CL size and synchrony importance

· Progesterone role in pregnancy success

· Frozen embryo handling basics

· Dairy and beef breeding programs

Preferred:

· Exposure to embryo transfer procedures

· Previous experience in semen or reproductive pharma sales

Experience

· 1-3 years of field experience preferred

Background in:

· Reproductive pharma

· Semen companies

· Breeding consultancies

· IVF/ET operations

Compensation Structure

· Competitive base salary
