About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Tech Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate understands the technology landscape, can translate complex technical solutions into clear value propositions, and has experience marketing IT services or software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads).
- Create compelling content including case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and product messaging.
- Collaborate with sales to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing within a tech company or software house.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation funnels.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS or IT services marketing.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and growth strategies.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts (software development, cloud, AI, etc.).
