Power Platform SME

About this Position

We’re looking for a passionate Power Platform Expert to drive digital transformation through high-quality business solutions. In this role, you’ll ensure all developments comply with Henkel’s Governance, Standards & Guidelines, while promoting best practices and reusable templates. You’ll design and build Power Apps and Power Automate cloud flows, contributing to a growing library of reusable components and patterns. As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, run workshops, and deliver impactful proof-of-concepts. You’ll be a key driver of our Power User Community—supporting users with architectural guidance, refining trainings, and sharing lessons learned. Your work will foster innovation across departments. What you´ll do

• Ensure that solutions will be designed based on best practices & templates
• Guide Power Users to consider all Standards & Guidelines
• Ensure high-quality design and delivery of Power Platform Projects
• Design & develop Power Apps Canvas and Cloud Flows
• Identify and implement components, flow templates and other reusable artifacts
• Design, develop and operate complex business solution based on Power Platform
• Contribute to standards & guidelines and best practice
• Collaborate with business users to understand pain points and process improvement opportunities
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and implement proof-of-concepts
• Be the go-to-person for Power Users with architectural and technical concerns
• Create new or refine existing trainings based on your experience
• Identify reusable patterns
• Collect, share and promote best practices and lessons learnt

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant study
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• STEM
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• SharePoint Online (Office 365) – OOTB Features: Lists, Document Libraries & JSON formatting
• Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
• Power Automate (Cloud flows)
• Power BI – Integration with Power Apps & Automate
• Copilot Studio
