Overview:

We are looking for a Power Apps Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to build and optimize business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Canvas & Model-Driven Power Apps
Build workflows using Power Automate
Create & manage Dataverse tables
Integrate apps with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL
Troubleshoot app performance & delegation issues
Gather business requirements and convert into app designs
Conduct detailed requirement discovery sessions to fully understand functional and technical needs.
Ask targeted questions to clarify workflows, logic, and automation requirements.

Prepare documentation & user guides

Maintain structured documentation, technical write-ups, solution outlines, and estimation sheets.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and technical leads to validate feasibility of proposed app solutions.
Participate in technical discussions and solution presentations when required.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and automation trends.
Support handover and communication with delivery teams after solution approval.

Requirements:
2–3 years experience in Power Apps development
Strong knowledge of Power Automate & Dataverse
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to confidently communicate with clients and internal teams.

Understanding of process automation

Strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and understanding of SDLC.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams Certifications (PL-100 / PL-400) are a plus

• Experience preparing documentation, proposals, and estimations is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AI-based solutions, and integration best practices is a plus.
