About this opportunity:

Ericsson invites spirited candidates to fill the dynamic role of Power Team Leader. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Power Team Leader who is responsible for managing and coordinating all power-related activities across telecom sites, including preventive and corrective maintenance, audits, and emergency response. This role ensures team performance, technical compliance, and service continuity.

What you will do:

• Lead a team of power technicians across assigned sites or regions.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective power maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, energy policies, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for spare parts, escalations, and site access.
• Validate GRNs, and maintenance reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide regular performance updates and incident reports to management.

The skills you bring:

• +5 years of experience in telecom power systems or field maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with generators, rectifiers, batteries, and hybrid systems.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and telecom site protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ticketing systems, and reporting tools.
