PPC Analyst (Meta Ads- Remote)

We are hiring a PPC Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to manage and optimize paid campaigns for multiple business lines.

Role Overview

The PPC Analyst will be responsible primarily for running, monitoring, and optimizing paid ads on Facebook and Instagram. This is a performance-focused role, and the main responsibility is ad management rather than full-time content creation.

Business Lines You Will Work On

You will manage paid campaigns for:

• Vacation rental properties in Lahore to generate direct bookings.
• Wedding and event venues in Lahore to generate inquiries and bookings.
• Coworking space in Lahore.
• UK company registration services for Pakistan-based customers.
• Premium bathroom fittings brand marketing, including high-end products such as Grohe, focused on lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns.
• Set up campaign structures, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for leads, bookings, and conversions.
• Manage budgets efficiently to improve ROI.
• Test ad creatives, audiences, placements, and objectives.
• Track KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights.
• Coordinate with the content team to request ad creatives when needed.
• Suggest campaign improvements based on data.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Strong in Meta Ads management.
• Performance-driven and analytical.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands and campaign goals.
• Familiar with lead generation and booking campaigns.
• Able to work independently and improve results through testing and optimization.
• Content creation, video editing, and content production experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience running Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimization.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make decisions based on results.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
