Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PPC Executive to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other paid media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign ownership, and a performance-driven mindset focused on ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Improve campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Set up and manage GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting
• Implement and manage Google Tag Manager
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audiences
• Prepare performance reports using Excel / Google Sheets
• Continuously monitor trends and recommend improvements

Must-Have Skills

• Google Ads
• Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
• Keyword research & competitor analysis
• Campaign optimization (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• GA4 setup & reporting
• Conversion tracking
• Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager

• Programmatic / display advertising knowledge

Requirements

• Experience: 3–4 years (PPC & Paid Advertising)
• Industry: Digital Marketing / IT Services
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Google Ads Certification
• Meta Blueprint Certification
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
