Job Description: Certified PPC & Google Ads Specialist
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and certified PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and Google Ads Pro with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in campaign management but also possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and conversion optimization. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, maximizing ROI, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals and target audience
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing initiatives
2. Campaign Execution:
- Create and set up paid ad campaigns across platforms especially on Google Ad campaigns along with paid search landing pages
- Write compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience
- Implement effective bidding strategies, targeting options, and ad placements to optimize
campaign performance
3. Monitoring and Optimization:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and more.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
- Adjust campaign parameters, budgets, and targeting to achieve optimal results
4. Conversion Optimization:
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure effective optimizations efforts and user experiences that enhance conversion rates
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements
5. Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various campaigns and platforms
- Monitor spending to ensure campaigns are within budget and provide regular budget utilization reports
6. Reporting:
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on campaign performance, providing insights and
recommendations for improvement
- Present performance reports to stakeholders, clearly communicating the impact of paid
advertising efforts on business goals
7. Stay Current with Industry Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising and digital marketing
- Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging platforms or techniques into the advertising strategy
Qualifications:
- Certified Google Ads, Search Advertising and Analytics Expert
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Google and other paid advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving successful paid advertising campaigns and achieving targeted KPIs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timing: 3PM to 1AM
