PPC Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven PPC Manager with 2-5 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive measurable ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)

● Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) end-to-end

● Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for ads

● Optimize campaigns continuously for better ROI and conversions

● Manage daily ad budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing

● Track and measure campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel

● Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights

● Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design ad creatives and landing pages

● Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies

Requirements

● Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

● Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics

● Proficiency in campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and retargeting

● Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization

● Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

● Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or performance marketing for e-commerce

● Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and remarketing strategies

● Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency
