Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creative
  • Create A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards
  • Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales to align messaging and drive funnel efficiency
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid media opportunities

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on PPC/paid media management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns profitably
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Solid understanding of attribution models and audience segmentation
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with data
  • Strong communication and project-management skills
  • Agency or high-growth startup experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
