Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Monitor performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creative
- Create A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments
- Track and analyze KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales to align messaging and drive funnel efficiency
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid media opportunities
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of hands-on PPC/paid media management experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads
- Proven ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns profitably
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Solid understanding of attribution models and audience segmentation
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Strong communication and project-management skills
- Agency or high-growth startup experience is a plus
