The PPC Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across search and social channels. This role requires strong expertise in Google Ads, social advertising platforms, and performance tracking tools to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility for both our agency and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to ensure high-performing campaigns.
- Develop and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to increase lead generation.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to produce visuals and landing pages that boost Quality Scores and conversions.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and UTM tracking.
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI and campaign efficiency.
- Manage budgets effectively to achieve business goals within cost parameters.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, development) to ensure campaign alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC and social campaigns.
- Proven track record of improving ROI and generating leads in IT, SaaS, or digital service-related industries.
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Expertise in A/B testing, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications.
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or software-related industries.
- Knowledge of additional platforms like TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
