We’re on the lookout for a strategic, analytical, and performance-driven person who can lead and scale our paid advertising efforts across platforms. This individual will manage full-funnel paid campaigns and mentor our internal team, helping shape the future of our Paid Ads service line.
As the Senior PPC Specialist, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-impact strategies that generate leads, conversions, and brand awareness for both Coderlly and our clients. You’ll play a critical role in team development, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation in all things paid media.
Role Responsibilities
Paid Strategy Development
- Develop and oversee multi-channel paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Bing, YouTube, and other platforms
- Create tailored advertising strategies aligned with client goals and industry trends
- Define KPIs and benchmarks for campaigns and continually optimize for ROI
Campaign Execution & Management
- Manage full-funnel paid campaigns including search, display, video, remarketing, and social ads
- Build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns with precision - from ad copy to targeting to landing pages
- Analyze performance data to make informed budget and strategy decisions
Team Leadership
- Mentor, supervise, and collaborate closely with the internal team
- Oversee the quality and performance of all client PPC work
- Conduct regular reviews and audit of internal processes
Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor daily performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROAS
- Develop insightful, client-friendly reports on campaign performance
- Perform regular audits of ad accounts to identify and resolve inefficiencies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with the SEO, Content, Design, and Analytics teams to align paid strategies with overall marketing efforts
- Provide guidance on landing page CRO and user journey improvements
- Support proposal development and onboarding of new PPC clients
Platform Mastery & Innovation
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
- Test and implement new ad formats, targeting options, and automation tools
- Identify new opportunities to expand reach and improve performance
Required Skill-Set
- 5+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Microsoft Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Experience managing and mentoring team members or freelancers
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for A/B testing and optimization
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and competitor analysis platforms (e.g., SEMrush, SpyFu)
- Experience with eCommerce and/or lead gen campaigns a plus
- Clear, professional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹12,612.12 - ₹100,000.00 per month
