Job Summary:


The PR & Content Executive is responsible for developing engaging travel-focused content and managing public relations initiatives to strengthen the company’s visibility and brand presence in the market. The role requires creativity, cultural awareness, and strong connections with media/PR agencies. Preferably with a background in tourism or travel, the candidate should be able to capture the spirit of travel experiences through words and visuals, while also building valuable media relationships.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Write and edit high-quality travel and lifestyle content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media.
  • Select and curate images, ensuring alignment with brand tone and travel storytelling.
  • Develop content calendars reflecting tourism trends, guest experiences, and seasonal highlights.
  • Collaborate with design and photo/video teams to deliver creative campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is culturally relevant, engaging, and aligned with the company’s brand identity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local and international media, influencers, and PR agencies.
  • Draft press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Support the organization in building brand reputation through earned and paid media coverage.
  • Monitor media exposure and prepare PR performance reports.
  • Stay updated on travel and tourism trends to inspire fresh content ideas.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and PR activities.
  • Support marketing campaigns and contribute creative input in brainstorming sessions.
  • Represent the company at media events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
  • Perform any other task aligned to the business requirements


Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in tourism/travel agency or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Native-level English speaker (or equivalent proficiency).
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a flair for travel/lifestyle content.
  • Ability to curate and select visual content (photos/videos) that match brand tone.
  • Experience working with PR agencies and media outlets.
  • Excellent cultural awareness and understanding of tourism audiences.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, and social media platforms.
