Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PR Manager to lead our public relations efforts while combining expertise in business development and sponsorship attraction. This role requires a professional who can act as the face of the company, build lasting relationships with brands and media, and develop strategies to secure sponsorships and partnerships. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong networking abilities and a proven track record of opening doors and delivering value through exceptional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Public Relations & Media Relations
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company's image and visibility in the market.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Manage press releases, media kits, and other PR-related materials.
  • Monitor media coverage and create detailed reports to assess the impact of PR campaigns.
  • Organize and oversee press conferences, media events, and product launches.
  • Handle crisis communication effectively, maintaining a positive brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Business Development & Brand Relations
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, potential clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to approach new markets and expand clientele.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and exhibitions to generate leads and partnerships.
  • Sponsorship & Partnership Development
  • Develop sponsorship proposals and packages tailored to potential partners.
  • Secure sponsorships for events, campaigns, and other initiatives by leveraging strong industry connections.
  • Negotiate agreements with sponsors, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  • Manage sponsor relationships, ensuring their needs are met and value is delivered.
  • Track sponsorship performance and prepare post-event reports for sponsors and stakeholders.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in public relations, business development, or sponsorship acquisition.
  • Established network of media contacts, brands, and potential sponsors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to craft compelling pitches and campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with PR software/tools.
  • A results-driven approach with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Experience in event management or marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sponsorship strategies and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
