About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic PR & Sales Executive who can build strong client relationships, drive sales growth, and manage public relations activities to enhance the company’s brand presence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to create positive visibility for the company across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and client meetings.
• Pitch products/services to prospective clients and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell/cross-sell services.
• Track sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.

Public Relations

• Build and maintain a positive public image for the company.
• Draft press releases, company profiles, and promotional content.
• Liaise with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Organize and coordinate events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor media coverage and share updates with the internal team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, PR, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or PR (Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage both client-facing sales and PR activities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
• Strong networking skills with a creative outlook.
