Practice Account Manager

About the Role:


NourNet is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive the growth of our cybersecurity and cloud solutions portfolio. If you are passionate about technology, excel in client engagement, and have a proven sales record in tech, this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Consultation and defining customer needs and set the expectation based on the available solutions and products portfolio.
  • Anticipate market changes to drive new, relevant solutions to customers.
  • Articulating the private, hybrid, and public cloud value of Nournet, Azure, GCP, and AWS over the competition.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Lead demand-generation marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
  • Works with vast product portfolio such as cloud solutions wither its production or Disaster recovery, private, public or hybrid with all its types such as IaaS, PaaS, MaaS, CaaS or even XaaS also cybersecurity solutions such compliance services, SOC as a service and turnkey solutions.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management in cybersecurity, cloud, or IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and cloud technologies (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, hybrid cloud).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Arabic language proficiency is required; English is preferred.



Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM tools.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud technologies and market trends.
  • Expertise in client relationship management.
  • Strong sales forecasting, reporting, and deal-closing skills.
