Job Purpose:
The Branch In-Charge will oversee the overall operations, sales, and profitability of the branch. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory control, and developing strategies to increase market share in American auto parts, including brands like
Ford, GMC, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Dodge, Jeep
, and others.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of automotive spare parts, and proven experience in managing a branch or similar operation in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

Ensure accurate and timely ordering of parts based on demand and forecast.

Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to inventory, sales, and logistics.
Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales and customer base.

Build strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers.

Identify new business opportunities, including fleet companies and workshops.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors and pricing trends.
Customer Service

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Provide technical guidance and support for customers on American car parts.
Team Leadership & Development

Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve operational excellence.

Financial Management

Monitor and control branch expenses to maximize profitability.

Prepare and present monthly sales and performance reports to management.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies within the branch.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum
5–7 years of experience
in automotive spare parts, with at least
2–3 years in a supervisory or branch management role
