Branch In-Charge - American Auto Parts

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose:


The Branch In-Charge will oversee the overall operations, sales, and profitability of the branch. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory control, and developing strategies to increase market share in American auto parts, including brands like Ford, GMC, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Dodge, Jeep , and others.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of automotive spare parts, and proven experience in managing a branch or similar operation in the automotive industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Ensure accurate and timely ordering of parts based on demand and forecast.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to inventory, sales, and logistics.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales and customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including fleet companies and workshops.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors and pricing trends.

Customer Service

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for customers on American car parts.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Promote a positive work environment and team collaboration.

Financial Management

  • Monitor and control branch expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales and performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, cash handling, and invoicing procedures.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies within the branch.
  • Maintain proper records in line with local laws and regulations.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automotive spare parts, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or branch management role .
  • Strong knowledge of American vehicle brands and their spare parts .
