Pre Construction Admin

Stier Supply Company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Pre-Construction Admin to join our Support Services team. This role plays a key part in keeping projects and information moving smoothly, with a strong focus on data entry, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

What You Will Do

Use web-based applications to gather and input project data accurately
Create, maintain, and update daily reports and schedules
Track, document, and manage builder schedules and project details
Communicate clearly with field teams, office staff, and internal departments
Escalate issues or discrepancies as needed to ensure smooth operations
Utilize tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to organize and report information
Maintain organized documentation and ensure data integrity across systems

What You Bring

Strong attention to detail and high level of personal accountability
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid setting
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office tools, and file-sharing platforms (like Dropbox)
Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
