Pre-Contract MEP Quantity Surveyor Cost & BOQ

A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) to manage cost planning, estimating, and commercial analysis for MEP and Utilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering and 5-10 years of pre-contract experience, preferably in the UAE. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities, conducting market research on rates, and supporting tender submissions. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CostX are essential.
