Duties
- Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and teaching principles to support holistic childhood development.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management strategies.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, and early intervention techniques for diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor progress, conduct assessments including standardized testing where applicable, and tailor lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
- Manage classroom routines effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and smooth daily operations in both daycare and preschool settings.
- Foster open communication with families through regular updates on child welfare, classroom activities, and developmental milestones.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare environments, including classroom management and lesson planning.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and early childhood education best practices.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and child development methods is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists.
- Ability to implement behavior management techniques that promote positive social interactions and emotional growth.
- Prior experience in private school or daycare settings is preferred; classroom experience should include toddler care or preschool teaching.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment is a plus.
- Certification in early childhood education or related fields is required; additional training in child welfare or physical education is advantageous.
