Pre-Primary Teacher

  • Planning and Delivering Lessons: Pre-primary teachers are responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that engage children in learning through play, songs, arts and crafts, and storytelling. These activities are designed to promote foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social interaction.
  • Creating a Safe Learning Environment: It is essential for pre-primary teachers to establish a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. This includes organizing the classroom to facilitate exploration and ensuring that it is free from hazards.
  • Encouraging Social and Emotional Development: Teachers help children develop essential social skills, such as sharing, taking turns, and effective communication. They guide children in identifying and expressing their emotions, fostering a sense of self-esteem and confidence.
  • Assessing and Tracking Progress: Pre-primary teachers regularly assess children's development and progress to ensure they meet developmental milestones. This may involve using various assessment tools and maintaining documentation of each child's growth.
  • Communicating with Parents and Caregivers: Maintaining open lines of communication with parents is vital. Pre-primary teachers keep parents informed about their child's progress, any concerns, and ways to support learning at home.
  • Fostering Creativity and Curiosity: Teachers promote creativity by providing opportunities for artistic expression and encouraging curiosity through exploration and discovery. They honor children's questions and guide them in finding answers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,795.84 - ₹32,017.98 per month
