Pre Qualfication Officer-Business Set up

• Key responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for new business owners looking to establish a company in the UAE.
• Manage and qualify incoming sales leads from online channels like Google Ads, social media, and website inquiries.
• Conduct high-volume qualification calls to understand client needs and assess their eligibility for business setup services.
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales consultants based on their specialization.
• Maintain and update the company's CRM system (often ZOHO) to track leads and opportunities.
• Required experience:
• Experience in telesales, lead qualification, or customer service, ideally within the business setup or corporate services industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
