Pre-qualification Officer (Oil & Gas Experience)

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

- Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing applications and supporting documentation from potential vendors or clients.

- Follow standard operating procedures for pre-qualification, helping to ensure all requirements are met and documentation is complete.

- Organize, file, and archive pre-qualification records. Update databases with approved or pending qualification statuses and track progress.

- Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, engineering, and sales to gather specific requirements and information needed for evaluations.

- Help with initial assessments and evaluations of submissions based on company checklists and guidelines.

- Prepare draft reports or summaries for internal review and provide support and guidance to clients or vendors on the pre-qualification process.

- Verify that all submissions and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify information.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with specific industry requirements (e.g., UAE regulations, oil & gas operations) is often essential.

- Arabic language skills may be a plus in some regions.
