Avant Group (https://avantinfra.com/) is looking for a Pre Sales candidate to join their marketing team.

Location: Jogeshwari East

Job Role:

• Lead Management & Calling Discipline (Calling on new leads, Follow ups, making 200 daily calls)
• Communication Quality & Customer Engagement (clear, confident, and articulate communication in both spoken and written English, Professional behavior, courteous tone towards customers, Exhibit maturity, composure, and while handling diverse customer profiles)
• Data accuracy and Compliance (Provide accurate details to clients, adhere to company compliance, note customer requirements, Update CRM- Salesforce)
• Customer handling & relation building - (Build customer trust, confidence and rapport. Showcase listening skills, Share visiting card/ID on WhatsApp, Ensure customers share visit date/time, Prevent diversion to brokers)
• Site visit conversion – (Convince prospects to visit site, Convert Good Quality Leads into walk-ins)
• Professional Presentation & Personal Conduct – (well-groomed, presentable, and appropriately dressed during working hours and client interactions)
