Pre-Sales Associate (Telecom)

MISPL Telecom is hiring a Pre-Sales Associate for its Multan and Lahore offices. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales and technical teams in preparing proposals, coordinating with clients, and assisting in solution design for corporate customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic telecom/IT knowledge and 1 year of relevant experience to grow in the telecom sector.

Responsibilities:

Assist sales team in understanding customer requirements.

Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and solutions.

Prepare presentations, proposals, and basic documentation.

Support in product/service demonstrations for clients.

Maintain communication with clients during the pre-sales phase.

Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely responses.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecom, IT, or related field (MBIT / BBIT preferred).

1 year of experience in Pre-Sales / Customer Support / Telecom role.

Basic understanding of telecom services and fiber networks.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and client-handling ability.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
