Remote Project Manager – Sales Experience Required (Call Center Background Preferred)

We are hiring a Project Manager with strong sales and call center experience to lead our remote team. The ideal candidate understands how to manage people, track performance, and close deals confidently.

You will coordinate daily operations, manage sales operators, and communicate directly with clients to ensure project goals and sales targets are met. This position is perfect for someone who can think strategically, motivate a team, and perform under pressure.

Job Timing:

• 6:30 AM to 2:30/3:00 PM CET (+4 Hours PKT)
• Monday to Friday
• 5 active working hours daily (must remain available for 8 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives
• Oversee daily call center operations and ensure project delivery
• Track performance metrics, KPIs, and prepare reports
• Communicate with international clients and support the sales process
• Participate in closing high-value deals and managing sales pipelines
• Train and guide team members to meet company goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Strong background in sales or call center operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Reliable internet connection for remote work
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage pressure effectively

• Contract Type: Milestone-based (Upwork)

• Compensation: $8/hour (negotiable)
