Pre-Sales ELV Engineer

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Presales Support

• Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive security and ELV solutions for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare technical documents, schematics, and engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Conduct detailed site surveys to collect technical information and propose optimal design solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution pitches to clients to support sales activities.

Estimation & BOQ Preparation

• Develop accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and comprehensive cost estimations based on project specifications.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals in accordance with tender guidelines and client requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing, product specifications, and ensure technical compliance with project needs.

Compliance & Quality
- Maintain updated knowledge of new technologies and products in the ELV/security industry.

• *Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3years of presales/technical design experience in ELV/security systems in UAE.
- Technical Skills:

- CCTV (IP ) solution design.
- Access Control Systems.
- ICT-Structured Cabling (Cat6/Cat6A/FO).
- Intercom & Video Door Phone systems.
- Smart Automation / BMS integration.
- Additional Requirements:

- Proven experience in BOQ preparation & tender submissions.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations & authority requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and security system design software.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Languages: English (required),

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
