About The Role
We are looking for ambitious and technically sound
Pre-Sales Engineers
to join our team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the pre-sales process from understanding client requirements and crafting tailored software solutions to
closing deals through technical expertise and well-structured proposals
.
You’ll lead client meetings, ask the right technical questions to uncover real requirements, and translate business challenges into feasible technical solutions. You will also serve as a key bridge between
clients, project managers, and development teams
ensuring all proposed solutions are accurate, realistic, and aligned with delivery capabilities.
In addition, you’ll identify
upselling and cross-selling
opportunities to further strengthen client partnerships and company growth.
Education & Professional Qualification:

Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
-
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as a Pre Sales or technical consulting in Software Industry.

Fluency with English communication is a must & IELTS would be preferred.
Responsibilities:

Lead client discovery and requirement-gathering sessions, asking detailed technical and functional questions to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Design and present customized software and web solutions aligned with client needs.

Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, including solution approach, pricing, timelines, and scope of work.

Conduct solution presentations, demos, and negotiations to ensure alignment and successful deal closure.

Collaborate closely with internal development teams to validate feasibility and technical accuracy of proposed solutions.

Own and manage the entire pre-sales and deal-closing cycle, ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team.

Maintain all proposal data, opportunity details, and client communications within CRM systems.

Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within both new and existing accounts

Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to strengthen client offerings.
Requirements:
-
3+ years in a pre-sales or technical consulting role ideally within a software consultancy or product development team.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and solution architecture.

Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks such as MERN, Laravel & mobile frameworks.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI-based solutions.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills able to bridge technical and business discussions effectively.

Proven proposal writing, documentation, and estimation abilities.

Experience managing enterprise clients and engaging multiple stakeholders in complex sales cycles.
Nice to Have:

Experience preparing RFP/RFQ responses, solution blueprints, and commercial proposals.

Proven success in closing software or digital solution deals.
