Pre-Sales Engineer (IT & ELV)

Job Summary (Salary + Commission on target)

AGORA Technologies LLC is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer to support our team in providing IT and ELV solutions across the UAE. The candidate should have strong experience in infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, and ELV systems, with exposure to AI-based sales and solution tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to analyze client needs and design customized IT & ELV solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and presentations.
• Design solution architectures and network diagrams.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for solution validation.
• Support tenders, demos, and post-sales handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales or solution design within an IT/ELV system integrator.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Networking & Security (firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN)
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, sangfor..etc)
• Data Center & Storage Solutions
• Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM)
• ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling)
• Familiarity with AI-based sales/technical tools for enhancement solutions.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
