Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher
Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra
Department: Early Childhood Education

Job Summary

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children (ages 3–6). The role includes planning age-appropriate lessons, fostering social and emotional development, ensuring physical well-being, and supporting foundational literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Classroom Teaching & Learning

  • Plan and deliver interactive, child-centric lessons based on the curriculum.
  • Use creative methods (stories, play, music, art, movement) to teach concepts.
  • Introduce early literacy and numeracy skills through engaging activities.
  • Encourage curiosity, exploration, and hands-on learning.

2. Child Development & Well-Being

  • Observe, assess, and record the developmental progress of each child.
  • Support social, emotional, and behavioral development through positive guidance.
  • Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times.
  • Manage classroom routines such as snack time, outdoor play, and rest periods.

3. Classroom Management

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment.
  • Prepare teaching aids, materials, and displays.
  • Establish age-appropriate rules and a positive learning atmosphere.

4. Parent Engagement

  • Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, milestones, and concerns.
  • Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and workshops.

5. Collaboration & Professional Development

  • Work closely with co-teachers and support staff.
  • Participate in training sessions, curriculum planning, and school development activities.
  • Follow school policies, safety guidelines, and reporting protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.ed / ECCEd or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with children aged 3–6 (preferred).
  • Strong communication, patience, and child-handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
