Responsibilities

• Represent and promote premium residential and commercial properties to local and international clients
• Provide expert guidance on property selection, market trends, and investment potential
• Conduct private viewings and consultations, ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and investors
• Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations
• Stay informed about premium market developments, pricing strategies, and exclusive listings
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and property presentations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in premium or luxury real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and high-end developments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of closing high-value transactions
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Professional appearance and commitment to client confidentiality
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
