As an Abu Dhabi Specialist, you will guide clients through high-value transactions across the city’s most sought-after residential and commercial areas. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the nuances of local neighborhoods, developments, and investment trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote properties located throughout Abu Dhabi, including off-plan and ready-to-move-in units
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal procedures specific to Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed insights into local communities and amenities
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders
• Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain organized records using CRM systems and reporting tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on the Abu Dhabi market
• In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s residential and commercial property landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
