Presales Consultant

Oman International Telecommunications Co. LLC (IITC), part of the OHI Group of Companies , is seeking an experienced Pre‑Sales Consultant - Datacenter & Passive Infrastructure to support sales activities through strong technical solution design and proposal development.

This role leads technical pre‑sales solutioning for Datacenter and Passive Infrastructure projects, working closely with Sales Account Managers to understand customer requirements and deliver compliant, competitive, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical pre‑sales activities for Datacenter and Passive Infrastructure projects.
• Attend customer meetings with Sales Account Managers to understand customer requirements and support opportunity closure.
• Design and propose end‑to‑end Datacenter solutions covering structured cabling (copper and fiber), power systems (UPS, PDUs), cooling solutions, racks, containment, and physical infrastructure.
• Prepare key technical deliverables, including HLDs, LLDs, BOQs, costing inputs, and technical submittals.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and coordinate with delivery teams for smooth project handover.
• Maintain effective working relationships with clients, OEM partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Datacenter technologies, standards, and best practices to support solution quality and customer satisfaction.
