We are looking for a highly skilled Presales Engineer with a strong background in network security and cybersecurity, and hands-on experience with network security vendors’ solutions, to join our team. This role focuses on presenting, demonstrating, and proposing our own cybersecurity solutions to clients, ensuring that technical proposals address customer needs and business objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements, business challenges, and security objectives.

Design and propose our cybersecurity solutions, aligning them with customer environments and compliance requirements.

Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and workshops showcasing our solutions’ capabilities and business impact.

Support the sales team in developing proposals, solution architectures, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.

Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution fit and performance in customer environments.

Act as a trusted technical advisor, leveraging your prior network security vendor experience to build customer confidence.

Maintain deep understanding of network security trends, attack vectors, compliance requirements (GRC), and competitor landscape.

Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance solutions based on customer insights.

Willingness to travel locally and regionally for customer meetings, demos, and events.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field.

Professional certification required: CCNP Security or equivalent (e.g., PCNSE, NSE4-7).

Additional certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or cloud security certifications are strong advantages.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in network security engineering, implementation, or administration.

Exposure to customer-facing roles (presales, consulting, or technical account management) presenting solutions to enterprise clients.

Strong expertise in network security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS, NAC, and secure routing.

Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing & switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and security protocols (IPSec, SSL/TLS).

Familiarity with GRC frameworks, compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS) and ability to map solutions to customer compliance needs.

Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, SASE, SD-WAN, and cloud security models is a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage technical and executive audiences.

Strong problem-solving skills and consultative approach to solution design.

Ability to build credibility and influence customer decisions leveraging vendor experience and deep technical knowledge.
